Mark as completed
Users with Owner or Manager role can now mark courses or learning items as completed for staff; this allows staff to fast-forword or skip through courses or learning items. To mark an item as completed visit My Staff and select an employee.
To mark as completed, select the ellipses to the right of the relevant course or learning item and click Mark as Completed .
Notifications
Email notifications are now available for users with Owner and Employee role. Below is a sample of available notifications:
- Owner: Employee completed assignment, employee missed assignment deadline
- Employee: New assignment, assignment due, assignment overdue
Thumbnails for PDFs
Users are now able to view a thumbnail preview for PDF learning items.
Images in assessments review
Users are now able to view images as part of assessments review post submission; this allows users to understand assessment submission score.
Deadline edits on assignments
Users with Owner and Manager role are now able to edit the deadline on staff assignments.
