Estimated learning time
Users with Owner or Manager permissions will be available to view estimated Learning hours across staff assignments. Estimated learning times are calculated based on video minutes and reading time estimates based on an average of 200-250 words-per-minute. This feature is expected to help teams estimate time invested in training to best structure their learning programs.

My Staff > Assessment progress (export)
Users with Owner or Manager permissions will now be able to expore comprehensive learning and development data to track progress across their business. Filter options include staff role type and time period. The CSV export includes per-user metrics including data fields such as:
- Overall metrics: Date staff member joined, courses, assigned, total minutes of content assigned
- Period-specific metrics: Assignments in selected period, minutes logged in period.
To download, visit My Staff and select the download icon to the left of the + Add Employee button.

This export provides both cumulative and time-bounded insights into staff training engagement and completion, making it easy to track onboarding progress and ongoing professional development.

User notification management
The new notifications feature gives users complete control over their email alerts, with customizable settings for Training Management notifications (including team member assignment completions, past due alerts, and training progress updates) and personal Assignment notifications (covering new assignments, upcoming deadlines, and progress reminders). Users can toggle each notification type on or off individually, ensuring they receive only the most relevant updates for their role and preferences.
To update notifications visit Settings > Notifications. Here users will be able to toggle training management and assignments notifications depending on their role type.

Training manager designation
Users with the Owner permission are now able to configure a Training Manager outside of initial onboarding. This feature allows you to designate a Training Manager who will oversee your business's learning and development programs, receiving specialized permissions to assign training, monitor progress, and manage team member assessments.
By appointing a Training Manager, you centralize accountability for staff development while ensuring the right person has the tools and visibility needed to drive your team's professional growth.
