Overview
Assessments allow for standardized evaluation of staff knowledge and competence through in-course knowledge checks. Our assessments are trackable for completion and scores ensuring consistent reporting is available to Owners or Manager. Assessments are multi-modal including multiple choice and do not include attempt limitations.
Viewing Assessment Progress for staff
To view reporting on Assessment Progress:
- Navigate to My Staff at https://app.thedoggurus.com/owner/staff
- Click the Name of the employee for which you'd like to view assessment progress and select an assignment
- Select Assessments to view assessment scores and number of attempts.
This feature allows for more granular staff reporting to allow for in-person engagement on training and development.
